Peanut Jackson and her family live in rural North Carolina in the middle of the woods. Her husband is a soldier proudly serving in the US Army and has served in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Peanut surrounds herself with her children, favorite books that have been her friends for many years and of course her pets. They include three dogs, two cats, if you don't count the wild ones she feeds, six ferrets and three pot bellied pigs and last but not least two bearded dragon lizards. Peanut is at her happiest when she is outside watching her children play, surrounded by the sounds of the woods with her laptop close by in case a good story comes to her while playing with the children. She has to be careful when playing with the kids though....red heads with freckles always get sun burns!!!!
